Stefan Schleicher is the new Chairman of the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) Regional Committee Weilheim-Schongau

Stefan Schleicher, shareholder and member of our company’s advisory board, was elected Chairman of the Weilheim-Schongau Regional Committee during the constituent meeting following the 2026 IHK elections.

Marion Albrecht, Managing Director of Oberland Gastronomie (Schongau), and Barbara Christ, Managing Director of Bauer Gruppe Verwaltungs GmbH (Weilheim), were chosen as his deputy chairpersons.

Until 2031, the Regional Committee will represent the interests of the business community in the district of Weilheim-Schongau. Stefan Schleicher already served as a member of the committee during the previous term and – with his many years of experience as Managing Director of our company – brings extensive practical expertise to his new role.

The election also includes a seat on the General Assembly of the IHK for Munich and Upper Bavaria, the highest governing body of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce of our Adminstrative Region. The IHK represents the overall interests of the business community, promotes economic development, and performs numerous statutory public responsibilities.
