Applications

With the aid of combined heat and power (CHP) technology, our camshafts contribute to power generation with a particularly high degree of utilisation in the stationary and aggregate engines of biogas plants, sewage works and cogeneration units. This constitutes a not inconsiderable contribution to approaching a CO2-neutral climate footprint sooner. Our products also find implementation in decentralised power generation for hospitals (as an emergency power supply) and in remote areas. Here we need a wear-resistant camshaft with a long machine life and high reliability as well as low maintenance.

Just the size in ships is impressive: here the cluster camshaft we manufacture is assembled to make up one camshaft according to the number of cylinders (sometimes up to 24). The advantage here is that it makes for easy maintenance as individual clusters can be replaced when necessary.

We number dealers and tuning firms as well as professional racing teams among our long-standing customers - whenever it’s a question of performance enhancement in renowned engines by means of varying the valve opening time or lift. Camshafts for vintage cars and parts for classic cars and young timers are also part of our customized range – gladly with a slight improvement in performance!

CLASSIC CAMSHAFTS

These are the classics for our valve drive and wear support team, depending on customer requirements: the sports and racing sector generally prefers lightweight cams and an engine with a valve drive taken to the limit, giving the driver a decisive advantage in races. And our camshafts and other components now also give reliable service in electric motors.

Small camshafts for 1 to 3 cylinder engines (e.g. in jet skis or snowmobiles) will most of all set the hearts of sports freaks racing when they reach the highest revs/min.

Our camshafts are part of technical laboratory devices for a wide variety of applications and high-precision dosing - small, accurate and reliable.

Camshafts for trucks and utility vehicles for off-highway use (e.g. agricultural machinery or snow groomers) are designed for particularly long-lasting and robust applications. It must be remembered that these engines do heavy duty over a long period of time.

What you need here are extremely reliable lightweight camshafts, giving new opportunities for seeing the world from above.
