Our company
The company Schleicher Fahrzeugteile GmbH & co. KG is a medium-sized family business with its headquarters in Munich (administration, prototype and small production runs) and a subsidiary plant in Penzberg (mass production).
The Schleicher company today has over 200 employees.

Our growth in new markets and countries means that we join with our business partners in facing up to the applicable requirements and guidelines.
For us, this code of ethics includes compliance with the national and international standards, laws and regulations in the counties with which we cooperate.

All employees of the Schleicher company follow these guidelines and take responsibility for compliance.

Area of validity
Our principles apply world-wide and are the basis for codes of conduct.


It is our responsibility to ensure that our employees can fulfill their tasks safely and remain healthy.

Leadership culture
Our managerial staff set an example. By our fair discussion culture and the respect we show in all relationships, we express our appreciation of our employees, colleagues and business partners.

We trust our employees.
We believe that all of our management, managerial staff and employees share the responsibility for complying with the guidelines.

We respect human dignity.
We show fairness and respect in our relationships with each other. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination or harassment.

We reject every form of forced labour.
No violence may be used to force any employee to work.

Prohibition of child labour
We do not tolerate any child labour or any other exploitation of children and juveniles.


Our employees must maintain the interests of the company and must not use their working status in relation to any business partners for their own advantage or any advantage of third parties.
We reject any price fixing or any market sharing agreements with competitiors.


We leave an intact environment for our next generation.
We make sparing and efficient use of our resources of energy, steel and operating materials and equipment. Our company management and the whole of the workforce udnertake to comply with the statutory regulations.


Our employees must not offer or accept any gifts or invitations with the intention of influencing a business relationship.
Any appearance of illicit influence must be avoided.

Acceptance of gifts
The acceptance of gifts from business partners must be refused.
This does not apply to small gifts (tokens of appreciation) with a value of no more than € 35,00 a year.
The acceptance of gifts with a value of more than € 35,00 is possible in certain circumstances, if it corresponds to the customs of hospitality within the relevant country. In such cases, the gift can exceptionally be accepted.

Gifts in the form of money
The acceptance of gifts in the form of money is strictly prohibited.

Acceptance of invitations
Invitations from business partners may be accepted if the occasion and extent of the invitation are appropriate.
The invitations must be within the limits of normal business hospitality and must not violate any laws or our ethical principles.
Invitations to business meals may only be accepted if they are in connection with promoting and maintaining external business relationships.
If there is any doubt, employees must contact their supervisor/manager.


Any violations of these guidelines will lead to disciplinary consequences for the employees and business partners involved.
