We wanted to collaborate better as\u00a0 school and company in the field of vocational training, share our experiences, and facilitate company visits and internships for students. By implementing these measures, we built a tangible bridge between theory and practice. The result was a great success: Some of the students we applauded at the festive graduation ceremony at the secondary school in July 2024 were welcomed as new trainees on September 1st! After evaluating our joint collaboration, we received the &#8220;IHK TOP Educational Partner&#8221; award from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) at a festive evening.
