{"id":1766,"date":"2021-12-09T10:04:53","date_gmt":"2021-12-09T09:04:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress.p654778.webspaceconfig.de\/?p=1766"},"modified":"2023-12-20T08:57:30","modified_gmt":"2023-12-20T07:57:30","slug":"oekoprofit-club-for-combining-eco-and-profit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.schleicher-fahrzeugteile.de\/en\/oekoprofit-club-for-combining-eco-and-profit\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00d6KOPROFIT Club for combining eco and profit"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Schleicher<\/em>\u00a0<em>Fahrzeugteile<\/em>\u00a0can well be called a &#8216;repeat offender&#8217; when it comes to the\u00a0<strong>\u00d6KOPROFIT Club<\/strong>\u00a0involving the three districts of Bad T\u00f6lz-Wolfratshausen, Starnberg and Weilheim-Schongau \u2013 we meanwhile belong to the core team of companies who have committed for over 16 years now to improving operational environmental and climate protection. The objectives of this group project initiated by these districts are, among others, to meet the legal requirements, to reduce the consumption of energy and resources as well as to cut operational costs and get our staff involved.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, 13 companies in the region participated in this project and, with the support of Arqum GmbH (the environmental consultation company), developed some interesting measures in respect of energy, emissions, heat, waste and water. This resulted in measurable effects: together we saved 194,000 kWh of energy and 124 000 kg of CO2 in 2021 as well as reducing residual waste by 9,500 kg.<\/p>\n<p><em>Schleicher<\/em>\u00a0<em>Fahrzeugteile<\/em>, for example, installed a modern compressor control system with a self-learning function which ensures the optimised connection of power, hence sparing the required compressors; this reduced energy consumption as well as increasing durability. The modernisation of our machinery to include innovative, energy-efficient manufacturing machines saved on waste materials such as cooling lubricants and hydraulic fluids, at the same time as cutting energy consumption.
