Camshafts
Valve-drive camshafts have constituted the core of our business for years now. We manufacture them in all sizes and to all specifications, also as individual lobes, cluster camshafts or inert quill shafts for sliding cams.
Pump shafts
Pump shafts are used for fuel compression via inline injection pumps or common rail systems – or for high-precision applications in medical technology.
Excenter shafts
In the case of excenter shafts, the center point of the control disk is not on the shaft axis. This means, for example, that a rotary motion can be transformed into linear motion and vice versa and/or with amplified force. Such shafts are often used in machines for cutting and pressing sheet metal or synthetic materials, or in variable valve drives.
Disk cams
A disk cam is a mechanical product for controlling non-uniform paths of motion. In most cases this is a flat disk with an irregular profile which is rotated smoothly.
Polygonal couplings
Polygonal couplings serve as high-precision plug-in connections for tools and machine or hydraulic components.
Mechanical balancing shafts
These compensating shafts reduce or remove the free inertial forces in a reciprocating piston engine, hence reducing operating noise and vibrations. This is achieved by placing eccentric weights on the shafts which offset those of the crank mechanism.
Drive shafts
Changes in drive technology have also found their way into our company: we now manufacture a variety of drive shafts for electric motors.
